Dissonance Tour
Created for Valgeir Sigurðsson’s Dissonance tour, this video scenography by Yannick Jacquet unfolds as a contemplative visual landscape where light, texture and movement respond to the music’s subtle and atmospheric compositions.
Designed as a panoramic screen device, the project explores the dialogue between visual and sonic textures through slow transformations, abstract forms and minimal luminous compositions. The imagery, deeply mineral and granular, was created from filmed concrete structure maquettes, giving the visuals a raw tactile presence oscillating between architecture, erosion and abstraction.
Suspended between stillness and vibration, the scenography extends the emotional depth of the music by Valgeir Sigurðsson and Lilian Byrne into an immersive and meditative visual experience.
